We are looking for an Outside Sales Rep for our Exteriors company that is highly motivated, great communicator, excellent networker, and a great team player.
Below is all of the boring stuff but first I'll tell you this:
This position is commission plus base with a heavy emphasis on business development. That means that you'll be out networking, calling people in your own network, chasing down strategic partnerships with Solar companies, restoration companies, property managers, and real estate agents. The potential income earnings of this position unlimited. There are many Company generated leads that will be available as well but the focus will be on generating new business.
Sales Person Job Description:
This position is for a self motivated individual that is ready to earn a high income. After the training period, all leads will be self generated with no cap on income.
Sales Duties, Tasks, Expectations:
Ø Maintain a positive and professional outward appearance
Ø Represent Boss Values and standards
Ø Maintain OSHA safety standards
Ø Meet or exceed sales goals set with manager
Ø Perform high level communication with customers
Ø Perform high level communication with manager(s)
Ø Pre-qualify clients
Ø Build value with each client
Ø Negotiate contracts with clients
Ø Give presentations to a range of prospective clients
Ø Coordinate sales efforts with manager and production team
Ø Keep accurate and detailed job details
Ø Understand and promote company values
Ø Ongoing education and learning

As an Exterior Specialist you are the face of the company to the customer. In everything you do which includes but is not limited to: Driving, Texting, Emailing, communicating in person, bidding, or negotiating a contract we are to make sure we are the Boss Solution and representing the Boss Family with the highest standards.
The job duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Attend all sales and company meetings(weekly and monthly, respectively)
Attend all Product Knowledge and training opportunities
Meet with Sales Manager as often as weekly for on to one coaching
Attend networking events to generate new business
Faciliate 3-5 strategic partnerships for new and repeated business each quarter(solar companies, restoration companies, HOA's, property managers, etc.)
Learn and use, CRM, digital measurement tools, and other platforms required to perform all required tasks
Occasional Microsoft Office use(SharePoint for shared files)
Commission is based off of gross profit. The more gross profit you can produce the more commission you get.
Training will be on the salary minimum for the position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
