In This Role, You Will:

Provide exceptional technical support to our SMB clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
Troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues.
Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
Document technical issues and resolutions to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain a high level of service.
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineers when necessary.
Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and security trends relevant to the role.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.

You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role (or equivalent IT experience).
A strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the cybersecurity industry.
A valid CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
