TikTok Shops Supply Chain and Logistics is seeking a leader for the Fulfilled by TikTok Seller Growth team who will be responsible for driving merchant adoption of the Fulfilled by TikTok supply chain solution. You will play a critical role in defining our go-to-market strategy and selling a logistics solution that delights both merchants and customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) adoption with existing merchants.
- Define the long-term organizational strategy for the FBT Selling team.
- Lead a team of 7 business development managers providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance goals are met.
- Create and implement a merchant segmentation and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with operations and product management teams, including aligning on high touch merchants, defining hands-off-the-wheel selling strategies, building pitch decks and marketing materials, and more.
- Onboard merchants to Fullfilled by TikTok and handoff to Merchant Success for ongoing support.
- Serve as the Voice of the Merchant to highlight product improvements required to drive FBT adoption.
- Utilize data analytics to analyze category sales and adoption metrics for FBT
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork within the FBT Selling team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in supply chain solutions utilized by merchants.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience building scalable selling or go-to-market programs
- Masters degree in business or related field
- Experience working with merchants or in ecommerce
- Supply chain experience a plus

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $167960 - $334400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
