- The Account Manager position is a full-desk model (client account management and candidate recruiting).
- Salary + Commission + Bonus compensation plan. No ceiling on earning potential.

- 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a demanding environment.
- Strong cold-calling, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Exceptional consulting and client relationship management skills with strengths in successful conflict resolution.
- High achievement drive, resilience, flexibility, and commitment to achieving goals.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook email required.
SELECT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct client/candidate searches via networking, cold-calling, job board utilization, etc.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates.
- Schedule interviews between internal customers and candidates as appropriate.
- Prepare candidates for job interviews.
- Conduct candidate interviews.
- Practice active relationship-building with candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates and account managers after interviews.
- Present job offers and negotiate, as necessary.
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of staffing best practices.
- Support business goals by meeting/exceeding individual and team total gross margin goals.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients and candidates.
