Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist
Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr on W2
Duration: 6 months assignment has the potential to extend (based on business need and performance)
Location: Hybrid - Draper UT 84020
Schedule: Full-Time - Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm (2 days in office)

Responsibilities:

Understand bank processes and procedures related to money movement. Examples include: ACH, check, instant transfer, international wire transfers, etc.
Monitor our payment systems to ensure exceptions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Review and efficiently resolve payment processing exceptions based on established policies and procedures.
Communicate with customers on any payment exceptions.
Make recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Professional Experience/Background:

Detail oriented - places a high value on accuracy, consistency, and completeness of work
Has proven ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills - must possess ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
Has the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others (team members, cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and bank partners)
Responsive, communicative and empathetic to customer needs.
Understands customer account management and service operations
Able to work flexible work hours, including late evenings
1-2 years of payments or financial service operations experience preferred
Experience with Google suite preferred.

PAY TRANSPARENCY POLICY STATEMENT

Compensation for roles at Suna Solutions varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific client, office or remote location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Suna Solutions provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Suna Solutions reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington.
