Job Description:

As a Brand and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in the Milwaukee, WI location. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities of a Brand and Sales Manager:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the transportation sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the transportation industry.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications of a Brand and Sales Manager:

  • Proven experience in transportation sales with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
