**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a flair for interior design. **Duties:**
- Assist customers in selecting flooring items
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices, discounts, and commissions
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in retail sales or inside sales
- Knowledge of flooring products and interior design concepts is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
- Strong market awareness and ability to identify customer needs
