We are a well-established Ecommerce company looking to expand our team. Our main business is RTA furniture sold on virtually every major website in the U.S.
If you are an aggressive, detail oriented and self-motivated person who is looking to enjoy your job and be a part of an exciting and fast growing organization, we have a full time position we are looking to fill from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The current opening is in our Sales department as an Assistant Account Manager ( NO direct sales ) and we are willing to train the right candidate, providing entrance into a lucrative and in demand career in the field of Ecommerce.
This positions responsibilities will include;
- Account Management: Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with designated eRetail accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities.
- Product Management: Upload new products and manage content on customer platforms, ensuring accuracy and optimal presentation.
- Sales Strategy: Monitor account performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to develop and implement targeted strategies that drive sales growth.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional opportunities in collaboration with your accounts, ensuring effective campaign management.
- Customer Support: Keep up-to-date with new initiatives from your accounts and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
Assistant Account Manager Qualifications;
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided to the right candidate
· Proficient Excel skills are a must have, as well as a level of competence working in the Microsoft environment
· Previous sales / marketing experience or knowledge is preferred
· Experience in ecommerce is a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail required
· Proactive problem solving skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize is a must.
· Attitude that is team oriented and friendly
· Desire to work, have fun and learn
