Sentes Automotive has three dealership locations in Kelowna: Lexus of Kelowna, Kelowna Mercedes-Benz, and Kelowna Infiniti Nissan. We are a family owned, progressive, and dynamic automotive group.

Our Kelowna Infiniti Nissan store is looking for a SALES CONSULTANT to join our hard-working team. We are looking for someone who enjoys customer service, has an energetic and outgoing personality, competitive spirit, and is goal-oriented, and understands the principles for promoting and selling products and understands the ever-changing market/trends. This position is full time, Monday – Saturday with a weekday and Sunday off - dealership hours of 8:30am – 6:00pm (closed Sundays and statutory holidays). As a Sales Consultant, you report to the General Sales Manager and General Manager, and your responsibilities will be:

- Positively and proactively work with our clients to guide them through our sales process, adhering to our defined processes and guidelines

- Exercise due diligence regarding legal issues related to the sale of vehicles

- Utilize a strong client management strategy to maintain and continuously engage both current and prospective customers, to build our Nissan and Infiniti brand and enhance the opportunity to sell

- Work with the management team and peers to develop new and innovative sales related ideas and opportunities

- Assist in creating and maintain a positive and exciting work environment that promotes strong sales, good morale, and continuous growth, by showing up with a bright, positive attitude each day, and supporting your peers

What we are looking for:

· At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position with proven sales performance/commission sales environment

· CDK/One-Eighty/Xtime experience is an asset

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn

· Passion for the automotive industry

· High degree of honesty and integrity

· Appreciation for professionalism, processes, and structure
