Service Sales Manager - Drive Sales Success in Waco, TX!

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually
Location: Waco, TX (relocation assistance available)

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for B2B sales? Join our client's rapidly growing full service commercial roofing company as a Service Sales Manager. In this role, you will develop and manage accounts, leverage referrals, prospect, network, and lead a sales team to meet targets. We're seeking a sales-driven professional with a hunger to close deals and leading through example. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to advance their career in a thriving industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Mentor and lead Sales Representatives, conducting performance evaluations and coaching for improvement.
  • Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, set and achieve sales targets.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers, offering diverse service packages.
  • Business Development: Actively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up. Generate leads and drive new account development.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee building measurements, estimates, proposals, and project handoffs. Ensure accurate contracts and financial tracking.
  • Marketing: Plan and participate in marketing outreach.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Knowledge and experience in commercial roofing, project management, and/or estimating single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal projects.
  • Proven track record in managing other sales associates.
  • Minimum of 5 years of previous commercial roofing experience.
  • Experience in growing market share.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tenacious drive to sell and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in sales tracking.
  • Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills, along with computer competency.

  • Degree in Business or Construction Management
