Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You will act as the primary point of contact, providing strategic guidance and support to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly. - Account Strategy:
Develop and execute account strategies to meet clients’ goals and objectives. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. - Project Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions. Liase and coordinate with our vendor network to schedule and monitor completion of client requested work orders. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients. Maintain records and notes on active jobs and archival records for closed and completed jobs. - Performance Analysis:
Analyze client performance metrics and prepare reports. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement. - Feedback and Improvement:
Gather client feedback and relay it to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our services. - Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and suggestions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Property Management or Residential Construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
