Job Summary
As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process at our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective residents. Our properties are mainly located in Shadyside, North Oakland and Squirrel Hill.
Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process from marketing and initial contact to lease signing
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about available units
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities
- Provide feedback to management daily to help support operations
Experience
- Experience in property management and leasing
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to manage contracts and office files efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Previous experience in property management preferred.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.
You must have your own vehicle to travel to the properties from our office, and excellent computer and phone skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
