Job Summary:
Closets by Design is the leader in home organization products. We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide training and on-going sales support for our Franchise System, working directly with our Franchise Owners to ensure they understand and are executing properly on our sales model.

Duties:

Training Franchise Owners on areas of their business including call center operations, hiring and training for both customer service and sales, sales on-boarding training and sales management.
On-going coaching for Franchise locations to ensure they are following the model taught in the training provided with a focus on continuous improvement.
Developing sales goals with Franchise owners and supporting them to reach and exceed the established goals.
Conduct field visits with franchisees, focused on improving sales, increasing lead capturing, analyzing results, planning for the future, and profitability.
Conducting webinar training sessions on sales related topics

Qualifications:

Excellent management and leadership skills.
Experience in a management capacity of sales.
Enjoys sales & sales management and has experience coaching others on sales performance.
Strong personality and is able to communicate confidently and effectively with business owners about the operations of their company.
Past training experience is a plus.
Desire to learn and understand all aspects of our model for running a business to help coach others how to improve their performance.
Self-directed leader requiring minimal supervision.
Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
Efficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
Enjoy traveling to visit Franchise Owners and help train within their facility. Travel requirement varies between 25 to 30%.

We will provide full training to understand our business model and expect the candidate to be able to train our franchise owners on our method for conducting business.
