A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring a Phlebotomist in Dallas, TX! The job opportunity is with a reputable oncology clinic, full time / 40 hours per week.
Phlebotomist Job Highlights
- Pays: $19 - $23 per hour
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
- Location: Dallas, TX 75093
- 3 month contract with potential to convert to permanent
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect blood and process specimens.
- Centrifugation, pipetting plasma, and bagging specimens.
- Maintains proper documentation as described by the quality assurance program including accessioning logs, equipment records and checklists.
- Processes incoming orders for lab testing.
- Processes in-house and in-coming reports.
- Updates and files all daily paperwork, lab logs and maintenance logs.
Requirements & Preferences
- Experience with straight stick blood draws required, syringe draws highly preferred
- Someone who can collect blood and process blood specimens.
- Experience with blood cultures huge plus
- HS Diploma or equivalent (i.e. GED)
