Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team in the Business Services Industry. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Manage and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with your clients. Your problem-solving and analytical skills will be essential in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue. You will also need to be highly organized and detail-oriented to effectively manage client accounts and meet sales targets. Additionally, your leadership skills will be valuable in managing a team of account managers or sales professionals, if applicable.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the Business Services industry
- MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration
- Experience managing a team of account managers or sales professionals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
