Job Description

DSA Doors, the leading premium wood door manufacturing company in the United States, has an opening for a Sales Specialist with CAD drafting skillset in the Raleigh, NC office. We have an excellent opportunity within our sales team as a Sales Specialist. You will be the point-of-contact for our customers to provide sales and support of our architectural services. You need to be eager to learn, ready to provide top-notch customer service and sell our quality products and be ready for other tasks as assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the sales group. The position is full-time with benefits, plus an opportunity to earn monthly sales bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to lead them through our quoting and purchase processes.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability and product uses.
  • Provide drafting and designed related to support sales orders.
  • Place outbound calls to customer list.
  • Follow up with prospective customer and outstanding quotes to confirm and close on purchase.
  • Work with fellow Sales Specialists and Customer Service Representatives to ensure prompt response to all customers.
  • Enter orders correctly into the CRM system.
  • Upload all communications and documents into the CRM system.

Minimum Qualifications & Preferences

  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of 2D CAD drafting; CAD certification preferred
  • Associate degree in business or related fields.
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience with SAGE CRM or other CRM products.
  • Knowledge of the building supply, hardware and/or doors/windows industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
