The Catering Sales Manager responsibilities:
- Grow our Catering business
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are in compliance
- Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability.
- Guest engagement through social media platforms
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Associates Degree /Military leadership experience
- 2 years of catering and client acquisition experience
- Exceptional organizational skills to help manage our operation
- Servsafe food manager's certification
- Proficient with current technology
- Proven catering sales portfolio
- Clean driving record
- Strong written skills
- Planner
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Self Motivated
- Open availability
