Job Description

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM – overtime as needed.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Coordinator located in. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and effective communication with both internal teams and external customers. Additionally, the Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with their designated accounts to support sales efforts.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.

· Monitor various team chats with your designated outside sale representative.

· Review and respond to customer email purchase order submissions for processing.

· Enter and process customer purchase orders within our Microsoft 365 database.

· Support our house accounts by recommending monthly promotions and relaying vendor and product information.

· Monitor Microsoft Teams, respond to inquiries on the customer service channel, and tag appropriate team members when needed.

· Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely receipt of orders and post updates on the warehouse team channel.

· Work collaboratively with other departments to create a well-organized and inclusive atmosphere.

Skills:

· Inside Sales and Customer Service skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong customer satisfaction mindset

· Experience in order processing and management.

· Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Effective problem-solving abilities.

· Experience in the pet industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
