Where do YOU fit in?
The Inside Sales Coordinator is a solutions-driven sales role for water management services including storm water and lift station inspection, maintenance and repair, CCTV and industrial vacuum and jetting services. This role proactively conducts outreach, including cold calling to discover and support new customers as well as following up with existing clients. This role is pivotal in driving annual recurring revenue growth, consistently meeting and exceeding quotas. This role extends beyond a specific territory, encompassing prospecting across diverse personas and regions. This individual will also support our external sales team by supporting targeted prospecting and providing market research.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive high volume of incoming telephone calls for inbound leads
  • Provide price quotes and quote follow-up
  • Provide high level of customer service in answering customer inquiries and solving customer challenges
  • Prospect for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing
  • Convert inbound leads to progress and close new business deals
  • Qualify and cultivate new business leads to late stages and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain competitive knowledge of key competitors
  • Support the existing sales team by identifying potential clients
  • Coordinate and manage sales reporting, analysis and data generation
  • Enforce sales rep CRM management and monitoring
