Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team.
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. You will also actively manage key accounts in the King & Peirce County regions.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Responsibilities: -
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in all aspects of the sales process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging
- Utilize Hubspot or other CRM systems to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sales
Skills: -
- Proven experience in managing a successful sales team
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in outside sales or business development roles preferred
- Familiarity with Washington State's legal cannabis industry is a huge plus
- Proficiency in Hubspot or other CRM systems is highly desirable

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
