We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy. Consistently ranked among the top Marriott properties in the country based on guest feedback, the property offers a tremendous opportunity for a hospitality sales professional to excel and build a strong portfolio of new and returning business.

Your Role: As the Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group and catering-related opportunities. You will take charge of maximizing revenue potential by actively upselling each business opportunity. This role is crucial in achieving both personal and team-related revenue goals, ensuring the seamless handover of business for proper service delivery.

Key Responsibilities


  • Proactively Solicit & Manage: Identify and manage group and catering-related opportunities.
  • Maximize Revenue: Actively upsell each opportunity to maximize revenue for the property.
  • Achieve Revenue Goals: Drive personal and team-related revenue targets.
  • Service Excellence: Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion to maintain service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Customer Loyalty: Support Marriott’s Service and Relationship Strategy by delivering exceptional service and driving customer loyalty.

  • Proven experience in sales, with a focus on group and catering in the hospitality industry.
