Responsibilities:
Primarily responsible for assisting the Account Managers and Senior Account Manager by providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned Commercial P&C customers within various industries, such as, real estate, technology, contractors, and etc.
Orders, maintains, and ensures the accuracy of policy endorsements
Checks issued policies for accuracy and follows up with the carriers, as needed, for corrections
Processes Certificate of Insurance Requests for customers
Inputs and files policy coverage data in the agency management system
Addresses carrier billing issues
Downloads policies and endorsement from carrier websites daily
Distributes mail daily
Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or equivalent, preferred
Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License, preferred
2-3 years insurance experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
