As we expand our services, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team for dermatologic specialty pharmacy.

Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in promoting and growing our specialty pharmacy services within the Potomac Falls, VA, region. You will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, educate them about our offerings, and ultimately drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals.
  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and physician offices.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of My Neighbor Pharmacy's specialty services.
  • Provide ongoing education to healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in dermatologic pharmaceutical sales preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare sales, preferably in specialty pharmacy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
