**Role Summary:**

We are currently seeking experienced Solar Sales Consultants to join our team in New Jersey. You can sell in the entire state, near your hometown, or travel from South to Central to North Jersey. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity! Your interview will be in person at our Marlton, NJ location or virtual on Zoom. This role offers compensation in the form of 100% commission with a 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement, providing you with the potential to earn between $100,000 and $400,000+ annually. As a Solar Sales Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to price your own projects and enjoy flexibility in your approach. Equipped with your own SunPower portal login, you'll be empowered to quote projects and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. Partnering with a SunPower dealer provides a significant market advantage, ensuring you can confidently offer the best solar products available. Your contributions will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences, from the initial sales process onwards. Additionally, we offer competitive M1's.

**Qualifications Summary:**

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of success within the solar industry. Key qualifications include:

**Solar Experience is a MUST**

  • Proven track record in door-to-door sales & direct sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of discipline.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation.

**Sales Proficiency:**

Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass sales targets, with a talent for converting leads into satisfied customers.

  • Lead Generation Skills: Extensive experience in generating high-quality leads through diverse channels such as door-to-door, networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Technical Expertise: Thorough understanding of solar technology, including SunPower photovoltaic systems, inverters, battery storage solutions, and related components.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills to deliver personalized solutions and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiation and Closing Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to navigate complex sales transactions, close deals, and maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: Goal-oriented approach with a focus on achieving measurable results and adapting strategies for continuous improvement.
