Job Description
As the National Sales Directoryou will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the payments industry, who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
What Youll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Generate, build and grow relationships between Property Management Companies and our payment processingbusiness units.
- Work with decision makers and influencers in the multifamily market by traveling throughout your territory, becoming their frontend leasing solution expert by building personal relationships and consistently and competitively securing new business/partnerships.
- Remain in close contact with other Sales team members, Account Managers and collaborating across additional IIQ brands and their teams throughout the country.
- Address prospects/client challenges by presenting, demonstrating, and persuasively communicating the value of the solution.
- Learn and demo the payment solution to prospective clients.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brands in the marketplace
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Familiarity with the Multifamily industry and can build additional relationships within those circles
- Proven success in outside sales as a true hunter, hitting and exceeding your goals
- Detail-oriented, competitive, have a can-do attitude and consistently take the initiative to make things better for your clients and your team
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce and practices and can speak to the why behind implementing various frontend software strategies across several channels
- Experience with Sales CRMs such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, etc., and the ability to learn our proprietary tools and technologies
- Experience with sales in the FinTech industry a benefit.

- High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
