Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This Job
Determines reason for customer payment delinquency and obtains payment commitment.- Placing routine calls to customers as first point of contact to obtain payment for goods or services.
- Recognizing calls requiring special handling or customized responses and escalating accordingly.
- Using computerized system for tracking, information gathering and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of customer payment history and status of account.
