As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking to hire a motivated and results-driven Airbnb Sales Manager to help us secure new business and grow our client base.
Job Overview:
The Airbnb Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business by identifying and securing new clients for our Airbnb property management services. This individual will work to build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate investors, and other potential clients to increase our company’s market share. This role will involve networking, outreach, and strategically pitching our services to potential clients, ensuring consistent growth and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities for Airbnb property management services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new property owners and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and stay ahead of competitors.
- Present and pitch our Airbnb services to potential clients, showcasing our value proposition and ROI.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with property owners and investors.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and ensure continued positive relationships after the sale.
- Track sales metrics and report progress to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate, property management, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the Airbnb platform and short-term rental market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely or in a flexible environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $65,000 per year.
- Performance Bonuses:
- 1% of gross income from new clients, up to $50,000 per year.
- 0.5% of gross income from new clients with no cap.
- $500 bonus for each new listing secured.
