Our company is seeking a Community Relationship Manager to lead and execute grassroots and community outreach efforts for our group of multidisciplinary healthcare practices. This is a great chance to build your own department and lead the charge for results!

Responsibilities:
- Educate our communities on the importance of multidisciplinary healthcare
- Build your team, hiring 2-3 coordinators to drive traffic to the offices
- Foster new relationships with relevant local businesses
- Identify outreach events to reach our core demographic
- Monitor key KPIs like lead generation and ROI
- Create and lead informative and interactive presentations
- Build relationships with families in need, connecting them to the services offered by the company
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Experience managing a remote team
- Comfort with presenting and public speaking
- Ability to travel within our communities and our regional locations on a regular basis
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
- Experience with CRM software
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
