Responsibilities
- Understand and implement dealership sales process
- Monitor and respond to all Internet leads in a timely manner following dealership process
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting, in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
- Be available to respond to email, text, and phone inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Check email and CRM text frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection – be the product expert & sounding board
- Provide vehicle information and direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Quote pricing and inventory availability
- Maintain Customer Service Index (CSI), Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership experience
- Superior communication skills, both oral and written
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
- Ability to work a structured schedule to maintain coverage for online inquiries
