Job Description

AYC Group LLC is a leading salon equipment provider located in Garland, Texas. We are seeking one organized and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process marketplace sales orders on daily basis to ensure the sales orders been fulfilled on time.
  • Work with customer service, shipping, and warehouse department on troubleshooting order issues, including cancelled orders, out of stocked items, return and refund.
  • Monitor and troubleshooting tracking number feeds from internal system to Marketplace and website on daily basis.
  • Monthly report of order processing efficiency to identify any issues with the current process.
  • Marketplace product listing creation by using flat file upload template and platform such as Rithum(previous ChannelAdsivor).
  • Product listing error trouble shooting including image resize/update, product description update and optimizations, change of features and attributes.
  • Update price for marketplace listings by using Excel, Rithum, and marketplace seller portal.
  • Organize messages in inbox, reply to customer presale questions on daily basis.
  • Assist marketplace account manager on maintaining FBA/WFS inventory, schedule inbound shipment, keep record of returns and orders.
  • Help execute marketing promotions, renew coupon and code, deals on Amazon.
  • Other tasks as supervisor assigns.

2 year experience in at least some of the following areas (willing to train in areas to fill gaps):

  • eCommerce channels such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as an effective team member, reliability/integrity/maturity, be able to finish tasks on time.
  • Experience using Gmail, Asana, Dropbox, Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Requirements:

  • Passion of eCommerce and Digital Marketing.
  • Intermediate computer skills. Heavy usage of Excel.
  • Self-motivated, well organized, and detailed oriented. Position will require extreme attention to minute details and autonomous follow through of multiple issues at once.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English clearly and fluently.
  • Must be able to quickly adapt to various advanced eCommerce software platforms. Experience with eCommerce platform Rithum and inventory management system Fishbowl or similar will be a plus, but not a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
