Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and proven Sales Manager to assume and grow a well-established book of business. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with current and new customers, as well as managing a support staff of 7 employees. Our office is located in South Seattle.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and increases sales revenue
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Attend networking events
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Oversee, direct and provide support for Seattle based service team (7 employees)
Requirements:
- Successful sales, marketing and management experience, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer skills with good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Compensation:
- Base salary plus commissions ($80,000 + to start) with uncapped earning potential
