Zon Beachside Assisted Living & Memory Care the leading Senior Living Community in Brevard County is looking for a Assistant Sales Director who is responsible for coordinating the sales and move in process for new residents to our Community which includes Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. This person works with the Sales Director to handle tours of the community and assisting the prospective families and residents through the move in.
Previous senior living experience preferred.
Must possess exceptional customer service skills and a love for the older adult population including Alzheimer’s and dementia residents.

Requirements:
1. Ability to multi-task.
2. Handle inquires and requests from families off-hours and weekends.
3. Be on your feet throughout the day handling multiple tours.
4. Be exceptional at building relationships. This position is not to hard sell but build relationships and assist families and residents through this important life transition.
