Account Manager (Commercial) - Rio Grande Valley
The Account Manager is responsible for all sales activities within his region. You will be responsible for current customer and potential customers, which include all accounts regarding residential, commercial and events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build the business within your territory
- Meet revenue targets
- Target potential customers
- Follow up on sales leads
- Produce quotes and bids
- Follow up on quotes
- Document all sales activities
- Develop customer relationships
- Visit current customers on a monthly basis
- Other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
- 5 Years Outside Sales in commercial construction
- SharePoint
- Construction Connect
Base Pay (Salary) with uncapped commission
Average Annual Salary $ 65,000 $85,000.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
- Quarterly bonus
