Job Summary:
As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of landscaping accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with our crews and project managers to deliver exceptional landscape services. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee assigned landscape accounts, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, site visits, and responsiveness to client needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all work.
  • Conduct site assessments to identify maintenance needs, improvements, and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules for landscape maintenance and enhancements.
  • Monitor account performance, address client concerns, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape account management, landscape maintenance, or a related field.
  • Passion for landscaping and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant material, and seasonal requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: From $68,117.00 per year
