Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager at Yieldi will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with our existing investors, managing inbound leads, and conducting outbound prospecting to expand our investor base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, investment management, and relationship-building, with a focus on fostering connections with accredited investors. This role does not require press release duties, as Yieldi is a private company focused on personalized engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Investor Relations Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current investors by providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive investment experience.
- • Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently handle inbound leads from prospective investors, providing relevant information about Yieldi's offerings and guiding them through the initial engagement process.
- • Outbound Prospecting: Actively seek new investor opportunities through direct outreach to accredited investors interested in real estate debt-based investments.
- • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and investment opportunities to inform strategies for growing Yieldi's investor base.
- • Collaboration: Work closely with the Yieldi team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that address potential investors' needs and showcase Yieldi’s unique value proposition in real estate debt offerings.
- • Client Communication: Understand the specific needs of different investor groups and provide customized solutions that align with Yieldi’s investment philosophy.
Qualifications:
- • Proven experience in business development or sales within the financial services or investment industry

Pay: $86,994.00 - $97,073.00 per year
