Inside Sales Account Representative

Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Account Representative for a 12-monnth contract with possibility of extension role based in St. Catharines , ON. With a competitive salary of $20.43 Per Hour, you'll be responsible for leveraging consultative sales techniques to optimize online advertisements for small to medium-sized businesses. • Pay rate: $20.43/hour.
• Location: St. Catharines , ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:30pm
• Job type: 12-month contract with possibility of extension | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of advertisers and identify sales opportunities
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client goals and optimize product performance
• Conduct proactive outreach and engage with clients via phone and email
• Exceed quarterly targets through high-volume outbound calling
• Develop expertise in social media advertising solutions and market intelligence

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably with BPO experience
• Proficiency in outbound and inbound calling techniques
• Commitment to ongoing training and certifications
• Exceptional interpersonal and sales skills
• Flexible, quick learner, and team-oriented
• Passion for customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
