About The Role

This position is located in Boise, Idaho and is part of the Intermountain Division Office reporting to a Sales Manager. As a Department Specialist, you will be an integral part of the team and support to the Sales Manager by managing data entry, prepping ads by proofing all images, verbiage and pricing for accuracy as well as maintaining professional vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience with computer software to include Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Highly detail oriented and organized to meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal skills to maintain effective business relationships both inside and outside the organization
  • The responsibility to work independently and be self-motivated to complete daily tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively deliver important messages across a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders
  • Strength in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
