POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Development Manager to lead and develop a team of sales development representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and the ability to foster a high-performance sales culture.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
- Increase Lead Volume: Grow lead generation by [X]% within the next 6 months.
- Improve Lead Quality: Enhance the quality of leads passed to sales by increasing lead-to-opportunity conversion rate by [X]%.
- Achieve SDR Quota Attainment: Ensure SDRs meet or exceed their monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Improve team efficiency in qualifying and handing off leads to sales representatives.
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads between SDRs and account executives.
- Strengthen Sales & Marketing Alignment: Improve collaboration with marketing to boost campaign success and lead quality.
- Enhance SDR Productivity: Implement tools and strategies to increase SDR productivity
- Promote SDR Career Growth: Ensure SDRs are promoted into more senior sales roles within 12-18 months.
- Optimize Sales Tools: Maximize use of CRM and sales tools to streamline workflows and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Drive Pipeline Growth: Ensure consistent pipeline contribution from the SDR team, driving revenue growth.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly identify challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Development: Focus on coaching and advancing the skills and careers of team members.
- Adaptability: Flexible in adjusting strategies based on market changes or team needs.
- Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs to ensure effective and personalized outreach.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
- equivalent experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales or sales development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and sales pipeline growth
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a results-driven
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Position requires travel: Up to 25%
