Job Summary: The Outside Plumbing Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing our technicians and selling plumbing jobs to home owners. This is not a cold calling position - active leads will be provided for customers actively looking for our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the technicians to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide training, and ensure continuous improvement of the sales team.
- Client Engagement:
- Meet with residential clients to understand their plumbing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the plumbing or home services industry.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, products, and services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
