As a Dealership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their dream vehicle, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. As a Dealership Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding their dream vehicle, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
- Understand and explain financing options and incentives to customers
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and competitor information
- Attend training and meetings as required by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the auto industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to work weekends and some evenings as needed
