Job Description:
- Sales role representing CFS recruiting services to businesses in your local area. Internally titled the "Business Development Manager" (you will manage your accounts, but not have direct reports)
- Undergo comprehensive training and stay curious to become an expert in the job market and in CFS specialties (Accounting, Finance, HR, Tech)
- Connect with potential and current clients (hiring managers) to discuss their hiring needs. Use your knowledge to consult, problem-solve, and recommend specific candidates (job-seekers) for each client's job opening.
- Work closely with the Recruiters in your office, who will find, interview, and qualify candidates. Explain contracts, fees, billing, etc. “Close the deal” and get someone hired!
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with client companies. Create a professional network where you are their "go-to" for any staffing help.
- Throughout the day you will spend lots of time on the phone, in video meetings, in-person meetings, sending emails, researching, following up, and collaborating.
Pay, Benefits & Important Info:
- Compensation:
- Permanent base salary
- Uncapped commission on top (the better you do, the more $ you make!)
- Year 1 total income typically ranges from $60k to 90k depending on experience and performance
