Responsibilities
- Phone calls and screen sharing with new customers to set up their online presence and add them to our CRM system
- Learn about the customers needs and what they want to achieve with our service
- Create a creative social media strategy together with content managers
- Build strong relationships with client
- Follow up with customers and adjust their strategy if necessary
Skills and Experience
- Proven track record as customer facing account manager
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting to Senior management a must
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude a must
- Must be a team player and comfortable in a modern, open office environment
- B.A, B.S or equivalent experience in relevant field
What we Offer
- $45-52k for the first year
- Health insurance after 3 months

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
