Responsibilities

Phone calls and screen sharing with new customers to set up their online presence and add them to our CRM system
Learn about the customers needs and what they want to achieve with our service
Create a creative social media strategy together with content managers
Build strong relationships with client
Follow up with customers and adjust their strategy if necessary

Skills and Experience

Proven track record as customer facing account manager
Familiarity with sales performance metrics and reporting to Senior management a must
Excellent communication skills with a customer service attitude a must
Must be a team player and comfortable in a modern, open office environment
B.A, B.S or equivalent experience in relevant field
