We are hiring for a Sales Manager. This position will work a hybrid schedule requiring the candidate to work in office as needed as well as from home.

Job Purpose: The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Account Executive team to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Job Summary: The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping sales strategies, coaching the team, and fostering a culture of excellence. This role reports to the Sales Director.

Duties: (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed)

  • Achieve Team Sales Targets: Lead the Account Executive team to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sustainable revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing team by providing ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure that clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met, resulting in long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the Account Executive team, ensuring alignment with Buffini & Company’s goals and values.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with Sales Leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives and market trends.
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Regularly coach and mentor Account Executives, helping them to improve their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their individual sales goals.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and assess the performance of Account Executives, providing constructive feedback and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Sales Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support Account Executives in managing key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the sales process, driving greater efficiency and higher conversion rates.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new Account Executives, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.

Education and/or Experience· Bachelor's degree· Five (5) plus years’ experience in managerial sales role

Attending Events:

  • Partof the job responsibilities for this position may require the Servant Leader to attend and assist at Company events throughout the year. The position may require travel to locations within the United States or Canada, assisting and working under the direction of the Events Department at the events, working extended hours immediately prior to, during and after the days of an event and interacting with Company clients and event invitees. The Servant Leader is expected to represent the Company in a favorable light before, during and after each event.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
