Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, we are seeking a Regional Account Manager for our Western Canada Territory, specifically BC & Alberta. Ideally located in or close to the Greater Vancouver area, the successful candidate will maintain and build relationships with retailers by visiting store locations to train sales associates on products, cold calling and meeting with buyers and key stakeholders to grow business.
Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities:
- Providing product and pricing information, training, and support to our growing regional, independent, and national account customers in Western Canada.
- Manage, grow and service existing customers while developing new business and opportunities through cold calling, networking, email, and attending trade shows.
- Submit orders and coordinate shipments as required
- Build trust and relationships with our customers through support, honesty, and attention to detail.
- Provide dealer feedback and report key activities and update information in Stirling Marathon Salesforce CRM.
- Being entrepreneurial and managing the territory and opportunities as your business.
- Working with customer service team to set up authorized service centers as required.
- Assist our 3PL warehouse with local support.
Qualifications:
- Experience in appliance industry is an asset
- Confidence and positive attitude with the drive to succeed.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Recent post secondary education or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout BC and Alberta and work independently from a home office.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
