Responsibilities
Commercial Lines Agent to build and maintain relationships with clients by delivering personalized insurance solutions tailored to their business needs.
Policy Management: Process insurance policies, update client information, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
Inquiry Handling: Address client inquiries promptly, provide clear and concise information, and offer solutions to meet their insurance requirements.
Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by identifying potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling insurance products to enhance client coverage.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, policy details, and any relevant updates using AMS360
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to client needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Requirements
Licensing: Active California Property & Casualty License is required.
Experience: Prior experience in Commercial Lines insurance services or sales, with a proven track record of success.
Customer Focus: Strong dedication to meeting customer needs, providing exceptional service, and building lasting client relationships.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, pay attention to details, and ensure accuracy in client account management.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with a diverse team, contribute positively to the work environment, and support team goals.
Bilingual and experience with AMS360-Next Gen a plus
