We are seeking a full-time Account Coordinator. If you are interested, please send us your resume. Below are the job requirements:
- Dealing with customer inquiries on a day to day basis by email and phone
- Receive and process orders from customers
- Follow up on orders with the shipping department
- Manage client accounts by running reports
- Communicate with order entry on issues regarding invoicing, shipping dates/ cancellations
- Issue and manage wholesale customer returns (RMA’S)/ warranty/ damages/ replacement claims in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service/account coordination
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Perfect Bilingualism, both spoken and written
- Positive attitude and high sense of urgency
- Strong sense of initiative
- Strong customer service skills, detail oriented & organized
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-changing environment
