Position Overview:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and New Brunswick. You'll be the primary point of contact for builders, contractors, dealers, and distributors in the region, representing our brand and promoting our innovative exterior building materials.

Your day-to-day activities will revolve around building and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers. You'll be out in the field, meeting with clients face-to-face, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that meet their requirements. By showcasing the benefits of the products and demonstrating their applications, you'll help customers make informed purchasing decisions and drive sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, provide product demonstrations and training to customers, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will be essential in identifying opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will be expected to prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Manager.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A passion for sales and customer service.
  • Previous experience in sales or the building materials industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to travel within the assigned territory.
