Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities


Client Support: Assist clients with inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions in a timely and professional manner.


Policy Management: Review and update insurance policies to ensure accuracy and adequacy of coverage based on client needs.


Renewals: Coordinate policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients to provide options and recommendations.


Documentation: Maintain accurate client records and documentation for all interactions and transactions.


Customer Education: Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts to help them make informed decisions.



Requirements


Licensing: Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License required.


Experience: Previous experience in personal lines insurance or account management is preferred.


Customer Focus: Strong dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations.


Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively.


Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.


Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies and processing client requests.


Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work harmoniously within a team environment.
