Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and leading a team of sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and excellent leadership skills.

Duties:

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales goals
Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Utilize SalesRabbit, JobNimbus, and additional software to track sales activities and analyze data

Requirements:

Proven track record in roofing sales (at least 2 years minimum roofing sales experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Valid driver's license

Compensation:
