We are looking for an account specialist to join our growing business. We recently received an investment to expand the business and are ready to grow quickly. This position is responsible for ensuring customer success by working with clients to launch new sites and expand the use of
PRRS services within the accounts. Account specialist work directly with clients, PRRS account managers and PRRS Regional Salespeople to expand PRRS services.

PRRS today provides services to over 400 parking locations and proudly represents national, regional, and local parking operators throughout the United States. Our client owners and parking operators use our compliance and collection services in all types of properties, including commercial lots and garages, municipal facilities, college and university facilities, airports, hospitals, commercial properties, and residential buildings.

The Position
This position is responsible for interacting with customers to setup and implement new services for the customers. The Account Specialist works with existing accounts and new customers to setup and launch new sites. Account specialists are critical to the launch of new sites and promote additional PRRS services to the client to grow and identify new opportunities to rollout
PRRS services within the Client’s portfolio of locations.
This position reports to the Director of Customer Success.
Your skills will focus on engaging existing customers, understanding their needs, and promoting
PRRS services and solutions to meet those needs, coordinating with customer to implement new
sites and services. Account Specialist also assist in supporting existing clients by providing status of operations, including maintenance status.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, good strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and strong leadership skills.
Account Specialist Responsibilities:
- Interact with existing clients to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Implement new sites by coordinating with Client, Asura and PRRS team.
- Identify opportunities to expand PRRS service with the existing clients by adding new services or increasing the number of sites.
- Gains customer knowledge and assists in disseminating this knowledge with PRRS and
Asura.
- Assists marketing communications in the development of solution marketing materials.
- Works with product team and others to assure user requirements and development commitments are met.
- Achieves efficient time utilization.
- Quickly attains and maintains superior company and product knowledge.
- Provides required reports and other requested deliverables in a timely manner and with thoroughness and completeness.
- Maintains impeccable data integrity in Pipedrive.com as related to all communication and sales activity.
- Provides accurate forecasts of forthcoming sales.
- Prepares quotes and proposals
- Attends and participates in regional and national trade shows and conferences.
- Manages the entire sales process - from prospect to close.
- Frequent travel for business purposes will be required.
Account Specialist Requirements:
- Ability to lead a varied team in a sale process; including coordination of team members from other companies.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports and legal documents.
- Understanding of interoperability of software and hardware and how they work together to solve business related problems.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Demonstrable skill in preparing proposals and quotes.
- Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
- Ability to effectively presentation information to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and tactfully negotiate priority with end users.
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
